Whats Next After Approval?
After receiving approval, the Non-Lucrative Residence Visa will be issued if you do not already have one, and it will be incorporated into your Visa. You will need to either pick up the Visa in your passport, if allowed, or it will be sent to you together with the Visa. The Schengen visa is valid for 90 days, providing sufficient time to settle in Spain. If you are not ready, you can request multiple entries to postpone the TIE process, which is a common practice. We provide assistance and resources for obtaining the padrón upon your arrival, although the procedure may differ by region, and we do not charge for this service. The padrón is a requirement for the TIE appointment. Subsequently, we help you schedule your TIE appointments, supplying all the necessary documents and instructions. We do not accompany you to the appointment to keep costs down, as the procedure is simple and typically managed by immigration officials. The 30-day timeframe for obtaining the TIE based on consulate paperwork upon entry is somewhat outdated, given the difficulties in securing appointments in certain regions. Therefore, there is no cause for concern. We will organize appointments for you anywhere in Spain through Expay.
You will be given a complete list of what is required, all paperwork supplied, assistance with appointments, instructions and we will be on hand when you need us, staying with you all the way.
All extra translation and apostille needed not included will incur a fee payable to the companies we use, we will always list what is included and what is not.
There are never any hidden charges
